Spring is just around the corner
- are you thinking ahead?
Although Spring may be the last thing on your mind right now, it will creep up on us much quicker than you think. The days will start to get longer and hopefully the weather will begin to get
much warmer. But now is the time that you need to begin to think about getting your Motorhome or Campervan ready for the new season. Does your vehicle need a Service? an Annual Habitation Inspection? a new Cambelt/Timing Belt? or just some minor repairs?.... maybe your MOT is due soon? or you would like to have that new accessory fitted that you have been thinking about getting? If so it would be wise to make plans to have these jobs done sooner rather than later.
Don't leave it until the last minute, or worst still until you pull up on a campsite, to find out that you have a water leak, that your heating isn't working or that your Leisure Battery is past it's best and you have no 12 Volt electrics.
The closer that we get to Easter, the busier our workshop gets, so don't delay.... think ahead and contact our Workshop Team today on 01634 - 666644 to avoid disappointment.

Winter's here - Make sure you're prepared
December is upon us and the temperature is dropping rapidly, so now is the time for all Motorhome and Campervan owners to begin preparing their vehicles for winter, if you haven't already done so. Even a mild frost can result in expensive and
unnecessary repairs for Motorhome and Campervan owners that are unprepared. When you are not using your Motorhome or Campervan ensure that all water systems are drained completely, paying particular attention to the Water Heater, Cassette Toilet, Fresh and Waste Water Tanks, Water Pumps, Pipes and Filters. If you have a plastic Water Filter attached to your Water Pump, ensure that this is unscrewed from its housing, dried out and left disconnected. Once you are satisfied that the water system on your Motorhome or Campervan has been completely drained, make sure that you leave all interior and exterior water faucets, taps and drain taps open until such time that you need to recharge the water system to use your vehicle
again. To further protect your investment, why not consider a full Motorhome Cover or maybe a Thermal Screen to help keep your vehicle protected from the harsh winter weather. A full range of Motorhome Covers, Campervan Covers, Fiamma Cover Tops and Internal and External Thermal Screens are available from our Motorhome Accessory Shop. Please call us on 01634-666644 for more help and information.
