"We purchased our Autosleeper Nuevo motorhome from Kent Motorhomes in March of this year and have been absolutely delighted with it; in fact we have only had two weekends “at home” since picking it up. Unfortunately last week the motorhome seemed to develop a fault and the 12 volt electrics which operate the lights etc. would no longer operate. We called Kent Motorhomes for help and Hazel kindly recommended that she would arrange for our vehicle to be booked into the workshop as soon as possible for Tom (workshop manager) to investigate exactly what was going on. We took the motorhome in for our appointment and within minutes Tom had found the problem and cured it. It was a blown fuse near the leisure battery apparently. However Tom was concerned as to exactly why the fuse had suddenly blown and carried out some more checks. Although he could find no other faults he was concerned that maybe the leisure battery was beginning to fail or had developed an intermittent fault. As a precaution he also replaced our leisure battery for us at the same time “just in case”, as he wanted to minimise the risk of us having the fuse blow again in the future. We were thrilled by the service that we received from Tom and even more so when he informed us that there would be “no charge”. We were recommended to Kent Motorhomes in the first place by friends who sung their praises for outstanding service and we have now experienced it first-hand ourselves. "I have never felt the need to write a review before but feel that my recent dealings with the Kent Motorhome Centre definitely warrant my time and effort. I recently found myself having to sell my Autotrail Cheyenne motorhome due to ill health and investigated the internet to find the best way of finding a buyer. Unfortunately I was taken in by the promised benefits of a brokerage scheme from a company who told me that they would have no trouble selling my motorhome for me in less than six weeks and promised to pay me, £25000 when they had sold it. I took them at their word, but found that six months later (after they had convinced me to drop the price considerably, three times) that they had still not managed to find a buyer. With my faith in motorhome dealers severely dented I made contact with KMC to see if they would be interested in buying my motorhome outright. After a chat with John on the phone, I had an offer in principle subject to them viewing my motorhome. Two days later I took my motorhome to KMC, the deal was done and John paid the money directly in to my bank account. I had the payment for my motorhome in my bank before I had even left the sales office. Kent Motorhome Centre made the whole (personally very painful) process of having to part with my beloved Autotrail extremely easy and I just wish that I had contacted them in the first instance.
