"Purchased a Swift Sundance 590 from John at Kent Motorhome Centre. I was absolutely delighted by the level of customer service that we received from both John and his mechanic Tom. Companies talk about giving good levels of customer service but my expectations were far surpassed. John is a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. Nothing is too much trouble and he is extremely courteous. The vehicle was very well prepared by Tom and the explanation of all the accessories was comprehensive. The valet team had done a great job in making the vehicle look and feel like it was brand-new. Anything that needed replacing was replaced, a new leisure battery was fitted as well as a starter battery. John gave us a gas bottle because the previous owner had retained theirs. The finishing touch was a couple of bottles of wine to help us celebrate our new purchase.
