“We purchased our Autosleeper Nuevo motorhome from Kent Motorhomes in March of this year and have been absolutely delighted with it; in fact we have only had two weekends “at home” since picking it up. Unfortunately last week the motorhome seemed to develop a fault and the 12 volt electrics which operate the lights etc. would no longer operate. We called Kent Motorhomes for help and Hazel kindly recommended that she would arrange for our vehicle to be booked into the workshop as soon as possible for Tom (workshop manager) to investigate exactly what was going on. We took the motorhome in for our appointment and within minutes Tom had found the problem and cured it. It was a blown fuse near the leisure battery apparently. However Tom was concerned as to exactly why the fuse had suddenly blown and carried out some more checks. Although he could find no other faults he was concerned that maybe the leisure battery was beginning to fail or had developed an intermittent fault. As a precaution he also replaced our leisure battery for us at the same time “just in case”, as he wanted to minimise the risk of us having the fuse blow again in the future. We were thrilled by the service that we received from Tom and even more so when he informed us that there would be “no charge”. We were recommended to Kent Motorhomes in the first place by friends who sung their praises for outstanding service and we have now experienced it first-hand ourselves.
